Maximum safety thanks to two independent camera settings. While the wide-angle lens covers the rear of the vehicle when reversing, the 50 ° telephoto function provides clear visibility far beyond the vehicle while driving forwards. To achieve excellent image quality in all lighting conditions, the 140 ° wide-angle lens is supplemented by LEDs with automatic brightness compensation, providing everything you need for safe maneuvering. A motorized, automatic cover protects the reverse lens from stone chips or dust, while the cover is closed a small opening still allows good long-range visibility.
The PerfectView CAM 44W NAV includes an adapter that makes it easy to connect to existing navigation systems.

In the delivery are included:

If the article designation of the reversing camera includes the addition "NAV", the scope of delivery also includes an adapter that can be used to connect the camera to a standard navigation system already installed in the vehicle, so that the corresponding image from the camera is transmitted to its screen.
The camera is factory-equipped with a mirror image display. A connected monitor must therefore work with a normal image function.
The color camera with integrated microphone is housed in an aluminum housing and transmits image and sound to a monitor via a cable. It has a long-distance and a close-up lens. The infrared LEDs improve night vision.
The long-range lens shows the space behind the vehicle as if you are looking out of a rear window. You can turn it on when you are not driving in reverse.
The close-up lens (rear view camera) is a wide-angle lens that shows the area directly behind the vehicle. It is switched on by engaging reverse gear.
In reversing mode, the camera creates three distance markers that are displayed as colored lines on a connected color monitor.
The CAM 44W NAV camera is equipped with a motorized protective flap to prevent dirt.
And please always remember that a parking aid should provide you with additional support. However, this does not mean that the use of this device (as well as all other auxiliary systems) does not release you from fulfilling your special duty of care and caution when manoeuvring.
