This compact Dometic model HSG 2445 is a convenient two-burner gas hob and sink combination for RV, Camper and Caravans.

This cleverly designed unit fits neatly into the kitchen area without taking up lots of valuable space, while its heat-resistant safety glass lid as extra work space when closed. The hob has a safety system and, for ease of cleaning, the pan supports can be detached.

The integrated hole for receiving an (optional) water tap has a diameter of approx. 27 mm. You will find matching taps below under "Accessory Items".

The most Dometic pan grids are secured against displacement by rubber retainers/plugs. Depending on the load of the pan grid, the rubber retainer can eventually break down. The heavier the pots are in use, the higher the likelihood that the rubber retainer will eventually withstand this load. Mostly in that case the ends of the pan grids will pierce the rubber and lose unavoidable their proper grip. This usually has the consequence that the pan grid tilt slightly to the side with the broken plug.The replacement of the retainers ares very simple and carried out in short time.
